Maybe you're not familiar with Penguin Checkers, don't worry, the rules are simple. You can't move or capture backwards, only kings can move and jump forward and backward. And it's worth pointing out that, you should always capture if you can. Just help the cute penguins in battle against evil sharks, I bet once start you can't put it down.
Maybe you have already tired of puzzle games, however, Penguin Checkers is absolutely an extraordinary game for people who's stressed from the fast-paced society and wants to take a break and have some fun. Only checker game that i have found so far that actually lets you play real checkers with force jump, jump back and flying kings. Only down sides are that there is no surrender option to start another game, you have to quit and then come back in. Also it makes you choose who goes first and they start first every time, winner should always go first. And the computer isn't hard enough, I shouldn't be destroying it like I do!

Good game. One critique is that when a draw message pops up, if the screen is touched on the board (not on the menu) the message disapears and you cannot continue the game. This is frustrating. Otherwise the game is great, or i would have switched by now. Still might if its not fixed soon.

I'm a great fan of checkers but rarely around any1 who sharesy love of the game. I love the solo-play and can't wait to try multiplayer. Great graphics, sound effects are okay. Thumbs up! 5 star rating :)
