Still cannot see the entire width of an email Aug 18, 2012
You would think that a staple of Google like gmail would be great on my Nexus 7, but you would be wrong. No matter if the tablet is held in portrait mode or in landscape mode (with the intolerable left panel/column list of either your emails or your labels - a panel that CANNOT BE REMOVED NOR ADJUSTED AT ALL!) you can NEVER see the full width of an email unless it is only plain text. So, to read emails comfortably, just don't use the gmail app!

Simple basic features needed Aug 7, 2012
The following features will be very useful: 'empty trash' 'empty spam' 'select all' because deleting 200+ spam is a good time waster. Gmail pls include the above mentioned in the next update and i will rate this app 5.

Bad or non-standard multipart html mails? Sep 30, 2012
- Html mails are sent in a strange/non-standard form. They appear to all my correspondants in both form, html & text, repeating the message :-((((( Normal header shoul be : Content-Type: multipart/alternative; Gmail header form is Content-Type: multipart/mixed; This is not well uncoded in honnest mail clients (thunderbird, evolution...) - Quoting and answering inline in an html mail is not supported We are currently used to quote and answer inline in long threads (adding colors) in my profession. - other functions work not so bad (but imap push...) so 3 stars only, but adopted for the moment.

Great email app but still missing the essential pinch to zoom or resize. Images don't always resize to fit properly on screen

Needs improvements Nov 25, 2012
Its a good e mail client on my phone I can see and read plain text fine, but when Something like a e mail from a selling websites sends me mail reading sales it's another story there's no zoom out so I have to scroll down and move right down and right again etc to view it. Also as mentioned it needs a delete all button/option and delete trash from the phone App version.

I installed this after I had trouble getting another (admittedly, free) app to work... and it's great! I can't tell it which contacts' SMS and MMS to back up, but I can easily delete those once they're in my Gmail. I got a couple texts which interrupted the process, but I restarted the backup/sync and it seems to be working okay. Thanks for doing one thing and doing it right!
