Though Maluuba and Siri have some similarity, actually it is superior to Siri. Maluuba focuses on 18 domains, including restaurants, movies, and general knowledge questions (which, just like Siri) are powered by Wolfram Alpha. Yelp, Eventful, West World Media (movies), Rotten Tomatoes, Facebook, Twitter, Foursquare, Google Calendar, Weather Underground and Wikipedia are among the other APIs used by the service.
Maluuba: Your Siri alternative is so intelligent. He can understands your day-to-day dialect. Unlike other assistant, Maluuba will answer your questions directly instead of giving links or keywords matches.
Actually its "my-day" page is one of my favorites. It provides a clean, lively view of my day's plan. It is so convenient.

Better Than Siri Nov 24, 2012
I tested multiple functions with this and an iPhone side-by-side, and this could do everything and more, e.g. finding movie showtimes near me, or in a city I specify. Downside is it doesn't auto-capitalize words when composing a text or email and doesn't understand punctuation, but I use SwiftKey keyboard for that anyway.

Great Google Now alternative Dec 14, 2012
This app is for users that do not have jelly bean and can't get Google Now. The features are great for a third party app and I use it a lot. Definitely recommend to ics users and below

I have tried a few of these kinds of apps and this one is by far the best in my opinion. You can tell it you want to schedule a meeting on a day at a time for a duration and with who and it gets it with no issue on the first try. Galaxy S2.

Updated works great wish it had a voice other than that very accurate when it comes to it understanding your voice commands Get it you'll like it.Hey nice update plus Walmart choice doesn't bug me in search-gives me other choices as well but we all at one time or still do shop there but who cares it's not about that.This new update is about adding New features and that's what this App accomplished today.Great job guys keep it up,still would like to hear it have a speaking voice feature but overall great App

This is not a banter bot like siri, but as far as functionality it's pretty close. It is better than the stock virtual assistant that came with my galaxy note by a long shot, and without a doubt better than any other freeware in the play store.very discrete too. it also opens at the bottom of your screen when using the widget icon instead of opening a whole program.

Some interesting features here and there. Like the depth of info it brings back from a search, deep level of calendar integration, etc. Slow as some others have said. Found Speaktoit Assistant more useful and intuitive.
