Description of Glow Paint
Glow Paint is an application simulating glow or neon painting on the touch screen of your mobile phone.
Glow Paint allows you to select one of 10 colors of paints, three glow sizes, several background patterns and templates, Undo or Redo the last brush movement. You can also save your created image as a file, set as wallpaper or share image with your friends. With Glow Paint you can draw nice neon or LED doodles or add neon glows to your images or photos from phone gallery. Enjoy!

I hate it when you go to save it and it takes the template or whatever off cuz with out it my work looks like crap lol.
A Google User downloaded and reviewed Glow Paint for LG Optimus One.

I love this app works great and has tons of clip art! I would suggest making the clip art more like stamps so you can add as many as you want by touch instead of having to go find it in the menu each time but other than that A plus!!

I found it great to use and thought errantly that "save" would permanently save the image. It saves it until "new". Now i know "save a copy" will properly store to images but only after loosing my older images. "open" just crashes non stop
